Don’t miss our November Membership Meeting!

Our speaker will be Bob Reece. Bob is a full time small business owner and life coach in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He also volunteers with Platte Rivers Veterans Fly Fishing. In the spring, summer and fall he runs his own guide operation on the private waters of Horse Creek Ranch in Southeast Wyoming. Additionally, Bob hosts international fly fishing trips to Argentina and Bolivia. He is a staff member for Gink & Gasoline, an ambassador for Renzetti fly tying vises, and also a Signature Fly Designer for Umpqua Feather Merchants. We eagerly look forward to his presentation!

Award presentation: Dick Jeffries was awarded the Partner Achievement Award (posthumously) by the US Forest Service last spring. Matt Fairchild of the Forest Service will be on hand to present the award to Dick’s daughter Lindsey Shipton. Please be there to share this important moment with us.

And, since November is our annual business meeting, we’ll take a few minutes to vote for new board members. I’ll also take about 10 minutes to talk about the State of your Chapter.

And of course we will have our raffle winners announced, and a special drawing for two small gift certificates as a way to say "Thanks" to our wonderful volunteers.

At our membership meetings this Fall we plan to take some time for our newer members to meet other chapter members. And hopefully start developing new friendships and meeting new fishing firends. Join us at 6:30 for socializing, the meeting kicks off at 7. I hope you will be there!

During the November Membership Meeting’s Annual Business Meeting we will be electing the Board Officers and Directors at Large for the 2023 chapter activities year.
