Platte River Veterans Fly Fishing
Rocky Mountain Flycasters proudly supports the Platte Rivers Veterans Fly Fishing program, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates in Cheyenne and Laramie, Wyoming, and Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley, Colorado. Volunteers and military veterans from RMFTU help conduct regular fly tying and fly rod making classes and take veterans fly fishing in order to reduce stress and PTSD symptoms, and to enhance a sense of camaraderie and recognition for local military veterans.
