Notice Of Elections 2022

During the November Membership Meeting’s Annual Business Meeting we will be electing the Board

Officers and Directors at Large for the 2023 chapter activities year.

Location: Aztlan Northside Community Center – 112 East Willow Street, Fort Collins, CO

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

The Election Slate presented by the Nominations Committee is:

2023 SLATE: Board of Directors Nominees

President: Dave Haeusler 1st year of term, re-electable – max. 3 successive years

Vice President: Zach Jory 1 year term, re-electable

Treasurer: Tony Popp 2nd of 3 year term, re-electable – max. 3 successive years

Secretary: Dave Handshue 1 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Adele Shirmer 2 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Bill Adkison 2 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Ron Hanser Final year of term, re-electable

A majority vote of those Chapter members in good standing present at the annual business meeting

is required to elect all officers and directors. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the

Annual Meeting.

Floor nominees are expected to have already affirmed in advance that they will accept a specified

position if elected, that they will be present at the November meeting to describe their qualifications to

the attending voting membership and to assure they will participate actively within the Board to fulfill

the elected position’s responsibilities.
