During our chapter’s November Annual Business Meeting one important activity will be electing the Board Officers and Directors at Large for the 2024 chapter activities year.

2023 SLATE: Board of Directors Nominees

Presented by the Nominations Committee

President: Dave Haeusler, 2nd year of term, re-electable – max 3 successive years

Vice President: Terry Gibbons, 1 year term, re-electable

Treasurer: Tony Popp, 3rd of 3 year term, re-electable – max. 3 successive years

Secretary: Dave Handshue, 1 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Adele Shirmer, 2nd year of 2 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Bill Adkison, 2nd year of 2 year term, re-electable

Board Director at Large: Don Gilmore,1st year of 2 year term, re-electable

A majority vote of those Chapter members in good standing present at the annual business meeting is required to elect all officers and directors. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Floor nominees are expected to have already affirmed in advance that they will accept their specified position if elected, that they will be present at the November meeting to describe their qualifications to the attending voting membership if a another is nominated from the floor, and to assure they will participate actively within the Board to fulfill the elected position’s responsibilities.

Location for Chapter Meetings

The Northside Aztlan Community Center (NACC), 112 E. Willow Street in Fort Collins is the in-person meeting location for Rocky Mountain Flycasters (RMF).
