St. Peter’s Signature Fly Fishing School focuses on building a strong foundation for any novice angler to work from. We work to create a deeper understanding of trout, their environment and the equipment used during this course, to ensure an enjoyable and fun learning experience for all. With so many resources at our disposal, trying to learn online or from videos can be extremely overwhelming. With 4 hours of classroom instruction from our professional guides, followed by 4 hours of on the water instruction, this class ensures that you will hit the water by yourself with confidence. This is a great class for any aspiring or beginning angler. You will learn fly selection, seasonal phases, equipment, knots and much more, while also being able to utilize and understand these techniques better, with actual time on the water. Fly Fishing School is an 8-hour day including a lunch from Yampa Sandwich Company. Students may sign up in store, over the phone, or online.
