RMFTU Trout Fishing Expo

Saturday, March 11, 2023, 11am – 4pm,

Northside Aztlan Community Center, in Fort Collins.

Admission

Adults $20 when pre-purchased on-line, ($25 on Saturday)

Students, First Responders and Veterans are just $10

Children (under 10)—Free.

Event Features will Include:

• Fly Tying Demonstrations (15-20 well-known tiers)

• Raffle 

• Online Raffle (announcement of winners at end of day) for a high-end fly rod and reel (Sage Igniter rod and Ross Animas reel), donated by St. Peter’s, with raffle tickets sold online January 20th through March 10th.

• Silent Auction

• Door prizes (tickets distributed to each attendee upon entry at the event, with announcement of winners during the day).

• Lunch included (sandwich & beverage)

• “Trout Fishing Trade Show” – local fly shops and other fishing businesses

• Casting demonstrations  

• Try to catch the wily “Lawn Trout” game

• Kids - tie a fly at the beginner's tying table and take it home

• Speakers: St Peter’s Flyshop will talk about the upcoming fishing season. And Chris Krueger will present Tips on Streamer Fishing.
