Introduction of new Youth Camp Coordinators
Robin Brown and Bill Gange – (not present)Expo preparations: Alcohol?? – Lee
Have 15 already committed, will probably get more.
Need a kids table coordinator – Dave Morse
Alllow beer and wine to be brought in. Cannot sell it and must have someone to dispense it. So likely no alcohol this year. Next year we will look at a different facility for the tying expo.
FOOD – Dick will make the contact.
SILENT AUCTION: Coy will contact Schills. Emphasize to general membership. Email blast.
Mickey will handle coordinating SA items.
Paul is working on a flyer.
Dave Morse – opportunity to have beginning fly fishing classes for the members of the Senior Center. Will pay instructor. They want $1mill liability insurance. Submit by 2/16/18. Will take place in late June. Agreed to pursue this and check on additional insurance.

January 2018 RMF Volunteer Orientation meeting - Phil all plans are good to go.
Project Healing Waters - Domingo
Classes in Loveland and Greeley – working now with Platte Rivers Veterans Fly FishingTreasurer candidate – Ryan Hogan, masters in accounting.
TU member 15 years. Lifetime member, worked on volunteer projects. Interested in Trout in the Classroom.
